Return & Refunds Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return window & eligibility

  • You have 30 days after delivery to request a return.

  • Items must be in the same condition you received them: unused, unworn, with all tags, and in the original packaging.

  • Keep your order confirmation / receipt as proof of purchase.

How to start a return

  1. Email sales@thearborave.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason.

  2. If your return is approved, we’ll send a prepaid return shipping label and packing instructions.

  3. Drop off the parcel using the instructions in the label email.

Note: Packages sent without an approved return and our label may be refused.

Return shipping costs

  • Damaged, defective, or wrong item received: We cover the return shipping in full.

  • Change-of-mind / not as expected: You can return within 30 days; the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund (or paid directly depending on your carrier options).

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damages & issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll evaluate and make it right (replacement, exchange, or refund).

Non-returnable items

For safety and hygiene, some items can’t be returned:

  • Perishables (e.g., food, plants, flowers)

  • Custom / personalized products

  • Personal-care items once opened (e.g., certain beauty/health products)

  • Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

  • Gift cards and final-sale items

If you’re unsure about your item, email us before purchasing or returning.

Exchanges

For the fastest service, return the unwanted item and place a new order once your return is approved.

EU 14-day cooling-off (if shipped to the EU)

If your order ships to the European Union, you may cancel for any reason within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Refunds

  • We’ll notify you after we receive and inspect your return.

  • If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

  • If it’s been 15 business days since approval and you haven’t seen the refund, contact us at sales@thearborave.com.

Processing & delivery times

  • Processing time: 0–1 business day(s).

  • Estimated delivery: 2–7 business days after dispatch (destination-dependent).

  • Orders placed after 12:00 local time may ship next business day. No weekend or public-holiday dispatch.

Delivery areas

  • We ship to Australia and Canada. (Some remote areas may experience longer transit times.)

Shipping rates & methods

  • Exact shipping options and costs are shown at checkout.

  • All orders include a tracking number once shipped.

Order tracking

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to activate after you receive the email.

Failed deliveries & address issues

  • Please enter your full, accurate address at checkout.

  • If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect/undeliverable address, we can reship (additional postage may apply) or refund minus original shipping.

Lost or missing packages

  • If tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the parcel, first check with household members and neighbors, then contact the carrier.

  • If still unresolved, email sales@thearborave.com with your order number and we’ll assist.
