Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.


Delivery Time

We ship orders to Australia and Canada.

  • Estimated delivery time: 2–7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier’s local service availability.

  • Remote areas or peak seasons (e.g., holidays) may experience slightly longer delivery times.


Shipping Fees

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.

  • Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions during special campaigns or over a minimum order amount.

  • All prices and fees are displayed in your local currency (AUD or CAD).


Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details.
You can monitor your parcel’s progress directly through the carrier’s website.
Tracking activation may take up to 24 hours after the shipping confirmation email.


Delays and Carrier Issues

We do our best to ensure prompt delivery; however, unexpected courier delays, weather events, or customs inspections may occasionally occur.

Lost or Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is marked delivered by the carrier but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors, household members, or your local postal office.

  • If still unresolved, email us at sales@thearborave.com and we’ll assist in contacting the carrier.

  • If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it (additional postage may apply) or issue a refund excluding original shipping costs.


Customs and Duties

For international shipments, your order may be subject to customs fees or import duties, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
